CapsNav Commercial License Notice

The current CapsNav Windows distribution is commercial software. By
installing or using it, you acknowledge that:

1. A new account may receive one 30-day full-feature trial. The trial starts
   when the server accepts registration, not when the installer is downloaded.
2. The same email account and the same Windows device may each participate in
   only one trial. Uninstalling or reinstalling the app does not restart it.
3. The keyboard runtime is enabled during the trial or under a permanent
   product license. Trial expiry disables it; update-service expiry does not.
4. Trial and one-device licenses include one active device; three-device
   licenses include three. Additional device seats require a separate purchase. Account sharing, resale, device-identity
   tampering, and automated trial circumvention are prohibited.
5. The current desktop application, managed keyboard runtime modifications,
   account integration, cloud sync, update integration, and hosted services are
   licensed for use under the commercial terms supplied by CapsNav or an
   authorized distributor. No ownership is transferred.
6. Historical source code or releases already published under the MIT License
   retain that original license. Third-party and historical MIT notices remain
   installed for attribution; they do not make the current commercial product
   or its new proprietary components a free edition.
7. The software is provided without a promise that keyboard remapping, cloud
   sync, updates, operating-system compatibility, or support will be
   uninterrupted or error-free, subject to rights that applicable law does not
   allow us to exclude.

Installed reference files include this notice, privacy/security information,
third-party notices, support-bundle field documentation, and historical MIT
attribution where applicable.
